INFORMATION PRE AND POST SALE

 - Introduction

The present general conditions of sale (following only "General Conditions") discipline the sale of the products commercialized by www.sosshop.it. All the contracts of purchase of concluded products, through the site www. sosshop.it and second the procedures suitable ivi, between the seller and the Client, will be regulated by the present General Conditions.

- Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

1. The contract stipulated between Sosshop Srl and the Client must intend him concluded with the acceptance, also only partial, of the order from Sosshop Srl, which the right reserves him, to his unquestionable judgment, to accept the order. Acceptance holds him tacit, if not otherwise statement with any formalities to the Client. Effecting an order in the various anticipated formalities, the Client declares to have taken vision of all the indications furnished during the procedure of purchase and to integrally accept the general conditions and of following payment transcribed.

2. If the Client is a final (or rather a physical person that purchases the commodity for non referable purposes to his/her own professional activity) consumer, once concluded the procedure of purchase online, you will handle to stamp or to save copy electronics and, however to preserve, the present general conditions of sale, in the respect than anticipated from the artts. 3 and 4 of the Dlgs n. 185/1999 on the distance sales.

3. Every right of the Client is excluded to a reimbursement you damn or indemnification, as well as any responsibilities contractual or extracontrattuale for direct or indirect damages to people e/o things, provoked by the missed acceptance, also partial, of an order.
